Scrapbook, 1949, of undated newspaper clippings about lumbering, the early history, politics, transportation, banking, industries, agriculture, and prominent people and founders of Saginaw (Mich.). The v. has maroon colored covers with a woven pattern in them. Both the pages and contents are quite acidic. Some of the pages are also loose. There are 94 p. with clippings [12 p.]. A printed index is in the front of the v.
